We stand by what we make. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we handle it.

1. Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.
• Sale or promotional items may not be eligible unless there’s a defect.

2. What Can’t Be Returned
• Hygiene-sensitive items
• Customized or limited-edition pieces (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return
Email us at support@donnlavi.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• For AED payments, bank or exchange rate differences may apply.

5. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If needed, you can return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images, and we’ll make it right.
